While the vast majority of moderation actions in Ahrism1 communities are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with the Ahrism1 Security Policy and Global Rights, rare situations can occur where an action feels hostile, unclear, or potentially inaccurate.
A genuine warning receipt
A genuine timeout receipt
A genuine kick receipt
A genuine suspension receipt
A legitimate warning, timeout, or suspension is issued through Wick, not by staff or any other bot.
The official Wick Premium bot used in our servers has the following identity:
Name: Wick
Username: Wick#4943
UUID: 548410451818708993
App: Verified APP
Created on: February 22, 2019
If a moderation message related to any of our servers does not come from this bot, it is not an authentic or valid disciplinary action.
When a moderation action is taken against you in a server using the Wick bot, you will receive a direct message that serves as the official receipt. An authentic receipt contains several key elements that help you identify the action, the reason, and the server it came from.
Bot Identity: The message will be from the bot named Wick.
It must have a blue checkmark next to its name, indicating it is the official Verified App.
Server Identification: The message clearly states the Server Name where the action occurred.
Action Type & Duration (if applicable): The specific type of moderation action is announced.
Reason/Rule: This section uses the Rule Code and Rule Name hyperlinking to more information specifying why the action was taken:
Rule Code: A numerical identifier (e.g., 1.1).
Rule Name: The policy that was violated (e.g., "Community Disparagement").
Appeal Button (for timed/suspension actions): For actions that have a duration or are severe, an "Appeal" button will be present, which links to the official appeal process.
For a moderation action to be procedurally sound and transparent, the Reason Field must be complete.
If any of the elements below are missing, it indicates the action is invalid, improperly issued, and qualifies for appeal based on procedural error.
The reason field for any Wick moderation command must contain:
The action indicator symbol (e.g., ⚠️, 🛑, ⛔, ❗)
The rule code (e.g., 1.1)
The rule name exactly as written, and as a clickable hyperlink (e.g., Community Disparagement)
In this example, a user has been timed out for violating rule 1.1 Community Disparagement of the Ahrism1 Community Guidelines.
The receipt clearly indicates the action, has the proper emoji, the rule code, and the name of the violated rule being a hyperlink leading to the proper Community Disparagement timeout page.
Any moderation receipt must comply with the official format. Below are examples of receipt reasons which are never valid and indicate procedural error.

If your receipt is missing the Action Indicator Symbol, the Rule Code, the descriptive Rule Name, or a hyperlink to the violation page, it suggests a failure in the proper execution of the moderation process.
If you find any these elements missing, you have strong grounds to mention this procedural error in your appeal. A complete reason field is a baseline requirement for fair moderation.
If you believe your Global Rights have been violated or have been mistreated by a hostile staff member, immediately contact InternalAffairs@Ahrism1.com with the subject line "Abuse Report" and include as much detail as possible.
